Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We hope to offer delivery to the Republic of Ireland and further afield in future.

Delivery options and costs

Delivery is free on all orders over £60.

All orders are sent as a Royal Mail small parcel and are fully tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving them. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed from the following Monday.

Everything we make is handmade in small batches, so occasionally dispatch may take a little longer. If there is any delay, we will contact you promptly to keep you updated. During holiday periods we will post notice of any changes to dispatch times on this page and on our home page.

Delivery estimates

Delivery aims run from the date of dispatch, not the date you place your order. Royal Mail delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, and can occasionally be affected by weather, industrial action or busy periods.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@danacosmetics.co.uk with your order number and we will look into it.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage, and we will put it right.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur a further postage charge.
